It could be reading 0 and another number. I would recommend using positive numbers. Either that or the problem that a 0 input won’t actually activate.
It activates the 0, but just clones the player on restart for some reason.

You could check if it’s outputting twice quickly. If so, you can solve it by using a simple switch.
You should use a Router instead of filters, I’m assuming it’s getting the “dead” signal twice

I’ve had multiple issues like that before, it seems to be a recurring bug. Just copy and paste the code over to a new object.
