I just played the game again and he is, even when he gets hit he just gets knocked back (and its from really big enemies)

We can say homing attack and the coin have the same speed and damage.
Also, I searched up what bullets V1 uses because he has infinite, I donāt know if itās true though since it came from the wiki.
I would have to research further to see if itās true.
