What is the key indicator that suggests you ought to extend an invitation to them?
The general standard I have is:
- Have at least 1 year of Flowlab experience, bare minimum
- Have participated in the creation of or have created at least one complete game
- Have had interest in the series for a long time
- Display expertise in one or more pieces of gamedev (programming, music composition, art, etc)
