Acrid is the test subject that was trapped in a metal box before the player finds him and beats him up
This isnt apart of RoR2 but RoR 2013
Mul-T was held as cargo in the UES Safe Travels, not in a drop pod. Acrid in ROR2 (I’m assuming) escaped the Void after we freed him and fell asleep somewhere on the surface of Petrichor V

I think it’s safe to assume Acrid being in an escape pod isn’t actually canon since he was a test subject
No, Void Fiend broke out of the Simulacrum as the Void creatures were distracted by Acrid breaking free from his cell

Yeah
Difference from RoR cutscene from start and RoR2 starting cutscene in RoR they dont show as much dialogue but they show how the survivors fell and containers and who did it but in RoR2 they have dialogue and thats about it
