The New 3DS systems are powerful but not enough to natively run Windows apps on it so I’m pretty sure he just did something similar to remote play
or moonlight. now I’m curious what you can do to a Nintendo switch, but wii will probably have to wait until Nintendo makes a new console family of systems.
actually people were able to run Windows and Android on the Switch and play Steam games on it
moonlight is also on switch btw
oh and also moonlight IS remote play, they are essentially the same thing
