Disregarding safety issues for the sake of a fair argument, I dislike roblox because of the low-effort mass of games and because the ripoffs actively damage the performance of actually good products and works of art. I know so many people who have played rounds… in roblox, terraria… in roblox, and even games like chicken horse… in roblox. The real game devs would benefit greatly from roblox being diminished in size, and the players would have a substantially better experience and way less predatory microtransactions.
That is my argument against PC roblox. I like the idea of the platform, but I don’t think it is being used properly. If we are speaking of the mobile market, I think that entire platform could be reformed spectacularly if people just knew how to get good games. Some good and great games I play on my phone are Mage Arena, Polytopia, Rush Rover, and Mindustry. Noteworthy mentions are Luanti, Shattered Pixel Dungeon, and any DS or GBA game.
