The Glorious Off Topic Channel of Destiny 9

The game isn’t necessarily harder at 300, but rather the upgrades you should pick shift as you become better at dealing with hordes. New enemy types makes the game play differently later on.

I cant read Dead Rising Road to Fortune on sites anymore without webtoon ads popping up 🫩✌️

There should be a way for the player to stop moving if you are not using the joystick. I was farming a ton of turrets, which were very good, but I kept moving forward and often times into enemies, when if I stayed still in the center of the turrets, I would have been fine.

Probably the most underrated protagonist of the Dead Rising series is Chuck. He only gets a cameo in OTR (bossfight) and 3. He also doesnt have as much as a background unless you read the comics and play Case Zero.

I have intentionally not added a stop option, but maybe I need to reconsider that.

How would you add it? Once you get to 600, you HAVE to keep moving or you die, so I don’t want to maje stopping happen automatically when you release the joystick.

I’m not really sure. If you add keyboard controls in place of the joystick it might be easier to move about constantly. Sometimes the joystick gets in the way and it’s hard to pay attention.
For me, I have enemies constantly moving towards me in all directions and being forced to always move can make or rather difficult since you can have a lot of abilities where you don’t have any need to move and you’ll be just fine, but since you are forced to move, you end up running into enemies.

If it’s for difficulty, it definitely works, but I also think there should be a visual effect for taking damage or something more noticeable. Since there isn’t very fast regen in the game, you want to conserve health, but there was several times I got hit and didn’t even realize.

However I’m basing this off of several similar games I’ve played before on mobile and having more control over the player leaves more room to have more difficult enemies than relying on the player to mess up.
