The Scepter Foundation - Refraction

That’s basically what he is. He has the mind of a sentient organic being, but has an artificial body of metal. Also one thing I left out is that the metal or element that Subject: 003 is mostly composed of is unknown to the periodic elements since it’s a metal that has a way tougher density and boiling point that not even a sun could melt, which is why it can harness the power of the star inside it and vaporize the earth without damaging itself.

Also because of its enormous size, any known metals would collapse on itself, but the substance it’s made up keeps it structurally intact.

Name: The Wraiths of Tythaeses
Entity Number: Subject: 004
Object Class: Dangerous
Clearance Level: Level 3
File by: [Redacted]

Origin:
No physical location has been determined for this entity’s Origin. Although there were stories all throughout the European continent of such an entity. Most regarding their origin of a place called Tythaeses which appears to not exist. This entity was claimed to be a myth and most people didn’t believe in such stories, but some residents in rural locations all throughout Europe and a few reports in other surrounding countries. The stories regarding the place don’t describe its location or what the place was, but it appeared to be an ancient city that lasted long before time that these entities originated from, but all further knowledge is unknown.

Behavior:
The Wraiths of Tythaeses are a humanoid looking entity that seems to have a similar contrast to that of a ghost like creature. They are completely invisible to the human eye, unless a quick flash of light is reflected upon them, which doing so causes them to startle and the person who inflicted the action will start to experience mental strain, anxiety, depression, and other physiological issues during this interaction. If within proximity of the entity for too long, the wraith will start their first attack phase which can range from small scratches or deep cuts into any exposed skin of the victim. Once the victim survives the first phase, the Wraith will soon kill the victim by removing vital organs, separation of limbs, or the victim commits suicide from the pain of their mind being ripped apart.

The Wraiths are generally passive towards most humans wandering in their territory, but only get startled when lights are shined upon them such as a car driving by in the dark, or the light of a photographer. They are completely invisible in the darkness, but some victims have explained to have seen red eyes ranging from one to up to four different opticals per entity. They are a nocturnal species and only wander about in the night and appear to feed off of mental struggles of passers-by. Some victims who passed by one without knowing usually tend to feel relieved of guilt, mental pain, or generally have better thoughts. Most say they have become optimistic once they encounter one without startling them. It’s only when you mess with them is when they usually attack the victim.

Testing:
No testing has been conducted on the Subject: 004.

Containment:
No current procedures set for containment.

Like I mentioned a little bit before, there are some filler entities I kinda threw in just to add more characters and depth to the entirety of the lore, but this entity wasn’t well thought out and kind of thrown together, but I am posting the entities in order of their containment number so It was next on the list.

Good. For some reason, I’m reminded of the Lost Souls from Slender Rising 2.

I’m just going to go ahead to say this. Which I was planning on doing it alongside the subject classes.

There are 3 Foundation sites that are currently recorded which is Site: 005, Site: 012, and Site: 003.

Site: 005, like what this discussion is based from, is an archive database. It doesn’t contain any entities and is basically just an office building that stores science labs, documents, samples, and other data types from Subjects.

It also is for the head council of the Foundation that controls what most other sites do and regulate rules, employee guidelines, …, etc.

Site: 005 also theorizes and studies stories and evidence of possible entities lurking within the world and tries to find and contain anything that seems odd, has abnormal abilities, defies laws of physics, or simply doesn’t fit within our worlds geometry.

Site: 012 is the more common foundation site. Featured in Flee and The Facility, its the main bulk holder of most entities. There are some strands of facilities that are made to hold just a single entity depending on how powerful it is. Site: 012 holds many famous entities such as the Ceramic Skull, The Starving Mass, and others.

Site: 003 is one of those strands of foundation sites that only contains one entity. Subject: 000. It’s a super powerful entity that lies dormant within its cell. This entity appeared as the narrator in The Heuchler, but was quickly removed from Site: 012, and put into its own confinement.

Many employees and even the Site: 012 and Site: 003 don’t know what Subject: 000 is, and its not even recorded. Only the head council and some elites know the true identity of Subject: 000. It’s document and identity is kept hidden for the protection of anyone seeking. Since its an answer you don’t want to find.

Subject: 000 was classed as a Sub-4 or an immeasurable entity, but since it was able to be contained using cryogenic chambers and forced into stasis, it was requested as a Sub-3 or global threat since it was able to be contained by physical objects.

Also I do plan on adding a ranks system or job application that explains the many different chores that are required at the Scepter Foundation.

There are authorization levels, but that comes with the higher rank or job an employee has. Such as a field agent would have a level of 3 whereas a janitor or intern would have a level 1. The council, which will eventually have a name, are actually level 6 and can access documents and data that technically don’t exist within the Foundation. Since its kept a secret from the rest.

We gotta have a document about this right now.

Sadly no. The document over Subject: 000 is lost within the lore.

Secret hidden lore for those who really want to find it. My first introduction to this was either FNAF or DOOM Eternal.

Ok, entity thing time.
Im about to go full time mode in this request les go.

Foil Man (Bad name ik but who cares)

This entity is a large organic creature made of tin foil. He can bleed to.
When this entity is around your area you start to get headaches and often see illusions of the Foil Man. Sometimes he likes to mess with people and just scare them, but if he is disturbed he will do something drastic to the people…

Just a little story

Foil Man Story
Christopher Hudson
It was just after the new year where Chris can finally take a break from his job which was in a science lab. After he went to just relax he started to have a major headache, he ignored it as usual.
He always gets headaches when he gets home from work after all of course. Soon he went to bed but saw this metal, creature walk by his door. He went to check it and see what it was… but it was nothing. “It was like this weird shaped metal thing. Human sized” Christopher stated. The next day he saw it again, but in the flesh. It stared at him. And started stalking him watching his every move. Chris ignored him and got used to it. But then he interacted with it… and Chris sort of disappeared. When the police went to investigate it. All they saw was a tin foil sculpture of Christopher screaming his heart out. (Cool story right?)

What is Backwards 4?

Yeah, it looks pretty good, but you got both the number 3 and 4 backwards for some reason.

Name: The Heuchler
Entity Number: Subject: 005
Object Class: Cautious
Clearance Level: Level 3
File by: [Redacted]

Origin:
There is no set origin for Subject: 005, but it was first discovered in [Redacted] Germany in 1946. Shortly after the event of World War II. The Huechler was a folklore tale that was discussed amongst the soldiers that were present within Germany or near outside countries such as the United Kingdom of Great Britain and France. The tale of the Huechler was a shape shifting entity that hid amongst the ranks of the Nazi army and killed anyone that stood in its set goal of which was unknown. Many soldiers suggested it was a Nazi experiment for a super weapon or perfect espionage but backfired.

Behavior:
The Heuchler means pretender in german and Subject: 005 will hide in plain sight by using the ability to shapeshift into any humanoid creature that it can visibly remember every detail. It seems it has trouble changing shape when it’s alone, but it’s able to shapeshift into a more accurate view by stalking or viewing its host. It’s original form is hard to document since it’s able to transform completely within 3 milliseconds, but Subject: 005 is a humanoid entity with a dark purple and navy blue skin tone. It’s face lacks a nose and has a single red eye on its forehead with an abnormal mouth that stretches wide and has many small teeth that resemble that of a shark, but despite its appearance, it doesn’t appear much of a threat.

Subject: 005 hasn’t been known to actually kill and has no documented deaths caused by Subject: 005, but it has the same behavior as a person and will defend itself when attacked or provoked, but won’t intentionally strike first. It’s quite sentient and seems to be much more educated than that capable of a human and is capable of speech. Subject: 005 seems to be immortal, but is able to take and receive damage such as gun wounds, knives, fire, and other sorts of pain.

Testing:
Subject: 005 has undergone many testing procedures where it can change forms into different personnel. Subject: 005, being capable of speech, has been asked various questions by the Foundation hoping to find some sort of reason behind Subject: 005 and other entities’ origins. All information regarding this interaction is labeled under Document 005-A.

Containment:
Subject: 005 is put into a normal cell block in Site: 012. Since Subject: 005 doesn’t have any specific needs, just the same as a human prisoner, it doesn’t get special containment procedures.

The council put Order 005-1 into effect that puts new rules amongst Site: 012, that in case if Subject: 005 were to somehow escape from its cell, all personnel must return to their designated location. If a personnel member is in the wrong sector during a breach, they will be gunned down by the S.C.U. to avoid Subject: 005 from exiting the Facility.

Next entity is Subject: 006, the Century Glass.

Also I still don’t have a Subject: 008. It goes from 000-007, then to 009, lol. I’ll have to add that pretty soon.

I forgot to mention. The SCU is the Scepter Containment Units and they are an elite group of field soldiers that contain entities. This was kind of wrong though since the SCU go on field missions or contain entities outside of the foundation, but I don’t have a name for a group that guards and storms the Foundation when a breach happens.
