I’m just going to go ahead to say this. Which I was planning on doing it alongside the subject classes.
There are 3 Foundation sites that are currently recorded which is Site: 005, Site: 012, and Site: 003.
Site: 005, like what this discussion is based from, is an archive database. It doesn’t contain any entities and is basically just an office building that stores science labs, documents, samples, and other data types from Subjects.
It also is for the head council of the Foundation that controls what most other sites do and regulate rules, employee guidelines, …, etc.
Site: 005 also theorizes and studies stories and evidence of possible entities lurking within the world and tries to find and contain anything that seems odd, has abnormal abilities, defies laws of physics, or simply doesn’t fit within our worlds geometry.
Site: 012 is the more common foundation site. Featured in Flee and The Facility, its the main bulk holder of most entities. There are some strands of facilities that are made to hold just a single entity depending on how powerful it is. Site: 012 holds many famous entities such as the Ceramic Skull, The Starving Mass, and others.
Site: 003 is one of those strands of foundation sites that only contains one entity. Subject: 000. It’s a super powerful entity that lies dormant within its cell. This entity appeared as the narrator in The Heuchler, but was quickly removed from Site: 012, and put into its own confinement.
Many employees and even the Site: 012 and Site: 003 don’t know what Subject: 000 is, and its not even recorded. Only the head council and some elites know the true identity of Subject: 000. It’s document and identity is kept hidden for the protection of anyone seeking. Since its an answer you don’t want to find.
Subject: 000 was classed as a Sub-4 or an immeasurable entity, but since it was able to be contained using cryogenic chambers and forced into stasis, it was requested as a Sub-3 or global threat since it was able to be contained by physical objects.
Also I do plan on adding a ranks system or job application that explains the many different chores that are required at the Scepter Foundation.
There are authorization levels, but that comes with the higher rank or job an employee has. Such as a field agent would have a level of 3 whereas a janitor or intern would have a level 1. The council, which will eventually have a name, are actually level 6 and can access documents and data that technically don’t exist within the Foundation. Since its kept a secret from the rest.
