Hello all,
I have recently been informed by multiple people on my twitch stream that they believe they have been “banned” from the forums. I know this is not the case, but the normal link on the homepage no longer works. Before being told by others, I assumed it was a technical glitch on my personal device before I tried it on multiple unrelated devices. I informed as many people as I could to use the link community.flowlab.io directly, but I am sure there are others who have no hope of figuring it out. Hope this helps!
You need to verify your email.
I guess it should be better explained.
My email is verified and I am an education account. This didn’t used to happen, it has only been in the past few weeks.
It happened recently that you need to verify your email because of bots
I’m having the same issue as well. I’m not too sure how to verify my email account, but it is a legit email.
I had a made-up email for my main account back in the day because I already used two of my existing emails on other accounts, so I switched them. I was looking on the home page and I didn’t see anything that sent an message to your email to verify it further or whatever the case is.
I have the forums saved so I never needed to go to the flowlab website to access it, I just type “community” in my search bar and it autofills.
It’s been functioning completely normal on my phone and laptop. Is it possible it could just be a device thing?
Having the same problem too. My email is real, yet the forum button just won’t work. The only way to get on the forums for me is just to manually do it.
It does not work on my android device or my windows laptop.
