Weird, simple question

Hi! I’ve been snooping around in the multiplayer handbook, and found P2P. On a quest to obtain decent online play like custom lobbies and parties, I have a question; is the P2P structured or unstructured? Are there, like, codes to each P2P server that can be found and selected?

Short answer: no.
There probably should be though (or at least some set of tools that would allow for stuff like that to be made efficiently)
