It’s for paid membership users, such as indie.

Yeah, the fullscreen behavior is a beta behavior, which means its currently in testing to see if it works out right and if any bugs then paid members are the first to know, since its a more newer behavior paid members would get to it first, like if you pay premium on a movie app and you get the latest movies faster than normal members would.

I’m sure in the future the fullscreen behavior will be available for free edition. At least so I think.
