Get the chaos rmeralds and in the last boss they give you it for free and give you 100 rings aswell

V1 still wins but i think we should wait for ultrakill to be finished before we continue this debate
Act 3 is called godfist suicide so for all we know v1 could get the hand of god himself, or alternatively he could get gabriels sword (the sword of a literal archangel)
Plus in act 3 v1 could kill a boss thats insanely powerful
