Yes,it may be used to stop spamming,but what if we are to impatient for 300 seconds?No way around it too!
I feel we should get 3 chances before the 300 second wait and the 300 seconds should be changed to 150 seconds

Spam blocks are to stop people from coming and destroying this forum.
There have been times when random people or groups of people have just come on and spammed all the posts into oblivion.
I try to report the people to grazer as soon as I can. He is the only one with the ability to ban.
