I think it automatically adjusts to your correct time on the website. I think for EST, it’s at 12:00pm, but I would double check.

Were you able to get it submitted before time was up?
No, I was not able to submit it. In the last 10 minutes before the jam ended, I set my game’s page to public, and it still wouldn’t appear on the list.
