Hi I was just wondering if I get a flow lab plan, when I export as mobile or desktop game, can I just put it on the App Store or google store from there or do I have to put it into Xcode somehow?

The mobile app export creates an app file (.apk for android, or .ipa for ios) that can be installed on a device or uploaded to an app store. Xcode is not needed.
You do have to have an Apple developer account in order to export iOS apps, which is $99. It also helps to have a Mac and an iPhone or iPad for installing and testing on iOS.
Android apps do not have this restriction.
