maybe there should be a sprite cutter to cut sprite sheets into indivual images or something

I do agree. But there are many editing softwares out there that can do just that. I use Gimp 2.0 which is great for pixel art and even large scale drawings. But I only used it for making Minecraft skins, lol. Although there is no current way of separated sprite sheets within flowlab.

Use a online sheet cutter their free and easy to use
Its a good chance it’ll be part of the sprite editor update.
