You should be able to make videos via flow lab in order to help people better!
Yeah, I would love it if more people made tutorial videos
It probably doesn’t make a lot of sense to add screen recording directly into Flowlab, but the good news is that there are plenty of free options already available for making screencasts, tutorials, or demos.
Directly from YouTube:

If you are on Windows:
-
Flashback, which used to cost $40 is now completely free: http://www.flashbackrecorder.com/express - I haven’t used it, but it looks pretty slick
-
Expression Encoder http://www.labnol.org/software/best-screencasting-tool/17855/ is also free
-
Jing https://www.techsmith.com/jing-features.html - this one I have used, it’s super simple, but no sound is available I think.
If you are on Mac:
-
You can use the built in Quicktime http://www.webascender.com/Blog/ID/736/Free-Screencast-Software-Built-Right-Into-Mac-OS-X#.VzeLP2ZB2u4
-
I use Screen Flow on Mac, which is pretty nice, but you have to buy it or it adds a watermark to the video output.
