I propose a new mechanic and I am asking if you guys want it. I am unsure if I want it which is why I am asking all of you.
The mechanic is a self harm mechanic. You will be able to hurt yourself in order to gain panic mode on purpose. If this mechanic comes in game I will add a gun my school friend suggested named Bloodshot, it uses your HP as ammo and can do huge amounts of damage.
Add the mechanic along with the gun?

More about the Self-Harm Mechanic-
If you use it, it will cause i-frames (invincibility frames) allowing you to potentially dodge attacks but it still damages you.
