I was gonna say he looked similar to a lightning elemental type dragon so I figured some sort of sky biome here could live in, but mountains seem to be a good choice. Just my opinion.

You could have something like the idea of the dragons being able to create a frictional electricity which can reflect off of their bodies and mouth, giving them a lighting beam type fire breath or something. But when In water their electricity reflects off of them and the water and they actually get burned from doing so, so they mostly avoid water or high traces of water since the sky has clouds. But idk much about stuff like that, just naming some stuff off.
Similar to that of PokĆ©mon, a lightning types weakness is water based attacks so Iām kinda basing it off of that.
You should make the waterfall blocks nonsolid, then alpha zero and spawn particles on collis with crocodile thing.
