Haha, yeah.

I run cross in the fall, I was pretty good but I developed a rare (not so rare) knee condition called osteonecrosis, or ā€œthe knobby kneeā€. I can only run short distance and when I do run long distance my knee lets out. Though, a few years ago I could run 5ks. My friend, heā€™s really good at 5ks and marathon crap.

Guess whoā€™s back with a brand new track? (Thatā€™s an Eninem reference for all yā€™all degenerates who donā€™t know.) Iā€™m feeling 100% on my A game today, and my headacheā€™s completely cleared up. Turns out, the strawberries arenā€™t to blame. Itā€™s some kind of PCC yogurt. I havenā€™t even heard of PCC, so thatā€™s a good thing.
