So I am an achievement hunter and badges caught my eye. However when I completed the tutorial I hadn’t gotten my badge. Is there another requirement or is it bugged?

They probably did not give you the badge yet it does take time.
I still don’t have it a week later
Maybe now is the time to ask the staff if they can give it to you.
Well they are trying to get the Certified badge as seen in the picture.
