Made some updates to this game after all this time lol.
- Added day/night cycle
- Started development on daisy flower.
- Made mushrooms grow better at night.
- Made adjustments to the dragon’s breath.
- Started work on a rank system.

- Help the daisy survive one full day for a reward

Implemented the Honey Machine that’s been sitting in the background for a while giving the honey meter a purpose.
Honey Factory/Machine Details
- Makes honey obtainable (which it hasn’t been since first development)
- Needs a beehive next door to start, disables the beehive next door
- Place a warrior beehive next door to speed up production, disables the warrior beehive next door
Honey Description and Planning
- A better way to earn xp to level up
- Will be a way to reroll plant cards
- Will be saved on exiting or finishing a round
- Planned to be an in game currency for a future shop
- 1 pollen → 1 honey

Is it just me or do warrior bees sleep or are less active at night? Also what am I supposed to do when I get this

I am using the bee factories as walls lol
Also leaderboard for how high you can get in levels would be a good idea rn bc there isn’t really anything else to do once you fully protect everything.

I plan to make more enemies to make the game more difficult. Like a fire wasp that when it attacks a flower or structure it ignites it and has a chance to spread to nearby entities. Also if anyone has ideas for bees, flowers, structures, wasps, etc I’m willing to try and figure out a way to implement them.

I have just added the pitcher plant to the game as the first ranged plant. Will be making more edits to the plant to better balance it out.
