Bug for after FlowJam

Make the alert window layering behavior consistent between the internal preview mode (when you’re looking at code) and the actual game play mode. Or at least just add a warning to the documentation please.

Just gave me a panic for my flowjam because I couldn’t see the hints I had programmed in preview mode suddenly because they were rendering as behind my blackout. After redoing a couple as labels I realized they were actually visible in game- just not in the preview window. :sweat_smile:
