Lets say you clone something can you make that thing no longer a clone from the other thing.

Sadly, no. I wish you could, but once you clone something and try to edit the clone, it edits both. If you wish to edit the clone without the original block changing, you can’t clone it. You would have to make a new object.
A simple and easy way to do this is to use the copy and paste feature on the bottom left of the behaviour editor.
