If it was blocked it’d say securly stuff, and I know how to bypass that anyway so it can’t be the problem.
Sounds to me your school switches VLANS during school hours.
For example, we have before school and after school WIFI where I work.
They switch depending on the time of day and are unavailable during school hours.
I have school at 2pm-
they just came back up 1:46 pm now.
Yep, sounds like its done on purpose set by your IT admin.

I cant say for sure why they’re doing or testing, but expect it to be more consistent within the months.
