Hey Miloboa, I do not believe that Android apps will run in the Google Chrome store. You can upload Android apps to the Google Play Store or Amazon Kindle store though 
Also, if you are designing for a mobile device with a touch screen, you’ll need to come up with a different control scheme, since they don’t have a keyboard available.
