This is Malakhi, my fanmade chapter 3 secret boss for my deltarune take! He’s the dark world equivalent of the horned headband that the main protagonist, Kris, doesn’t wear anymore.
Basically he used to be the host of some educational show for children, but then one day a mysterious man showed him a shadow crystal.
What he saw in it was the end of the world and how to prevent it, so he sent out to tell everyone. Unfortunately, he lost his ability to speak before the word could get out, almost like someone’s purposely trying to silence him.
This is somewhat supposed to represent a creators creative freedom in what the shows trying to tell and teach being taken by a power of higher authority, or muting the tv.
