@glowbug yes, playing the game in fullscreen will probably display it at 16:9. But don’t worry too much, cropped videos or just regular size also works.
@CodeAlpaca Yes, I think that videos with sound are better but not mandatory.

How do I record with sound? Screencastify always removes the sound and Xbox Game Bar doesn’t record Microsoft Edge.
I also use the Xbox Screen Recorder (Windowns+G), and it allows me to record the Edge browser with sound.
Make sure your Capturing settings are set to “All” or “Game”!
If you can’t record with sound, don’t worry too much, it works either way.
