can i make custom fighting moves for his character?

How it’d jump is pretty simple (lel) but i’m not sure how attacks would work, you could try taking inspiration from the games special blocks? I don’t know
i will tell you the fighting moves for this guy i got good ideas for him
i already got a good attack idea heres the idea:
in the game there is cracking blocks i was thinking that my character can break the block and broken pieces go to the enemy
Sams attacks:
Shotgun (until out of ammo)
Punch
Sniper rifle (until out of ammo)
Heal (kneels down and starts healing but is very vulnerable)
alrighty then (at least 20 characters)

10’s attacks: crack block the one i just showed you
stealth he becomes invisible
hood he stops time for 10 seconds
my character might be one of those OP ones cause hes from a horror game

could I have my character featured?
I’m not finished with my game, but if you could add the player (Eddy for a name) it would be greatly appreciated, i’m not sure how you would incorporate an RPG fighter, but smash does it.
