Ember grabs a palter out of the void chest. He puts fruit, a bun, eggs, and a slice of crunchy bacon on the plater and eats the meal while watching the beautiful sunrise.

(Yes, Void. In my book, there are small openings into the void. The openings open into a storage space in the void. Once something goes in, it stays the same until it comes out. The Void chests are a Vironian thing.)

I stare into the fish’s dead eyes, they remind me of when I found my pet goldfish dead in the water as a child, I shed a single tear. I give the fish back.

(It’s too small to go into fully. It’s only big enough to stick two hands into. The space in the void is not unlimited per chest.)
