How does one tell if a quote is out of context?
When a quote or comment sounds very odd or suspicious when it’s by iteslf. The context is the overall conversation, so when the quote is taken out of context, it’s only being presented by itself without revealing the initial conversation it was said in.

I’m not really sure if it’s a bad or good thing. Some things can be taken out of context which can look really bad on the owner of the quote.
On the forums, it’s mostly enjoyable and funny to see comments out of context because it just sounds out of character or something you generally wouldn’t say on its own.
I learned was rizz was from watching a lot of dumb memes about it. It was derived from Charisma and it’s basically your skill in speaking or persuasion, although rizz is mostly depicted as seduction or “pulling” possible romantic partners. So I kind of think of them as two different things as the new generation twists the concepts around to fit the “new”.

I only use slang when I’m joking with my friends and such, but I keep to traditional English in my texts. I’ve seen so many people try to use slang on posts and comments to the point where individual people have their own entire language, and I have no clue what they are even saying.

I’m right there with you. Although the college I want to go to has messed me up all summer because of the entire Fafsa thing. So I’m way behind getting it all set up. I may not even start until the spring.
