I think he’s mocking the idea of traditional English by using older stereotypical slang.
I know the English language is constantly changing, but the only time I display dialect or slangs, it’s mostly through character speech.
I didn’t study slang.
I actually learned it from a silly British man in a Babylon Bee comedy skit, but yeah that works too.
