Kind of depends.
The dirt will most likely be mud and it could lead to parasites or illness if consumed.
If the meat was raw, I would take my chances with the dirt, but if the meat was cooked in a barbecue base for the smoothie, it wouldn’t be much different than a liquid barbecued pulled pork at that point.
