Is this just for the education subscription? This looks awesome btw, would definitely help a ton of people, I wish I had this when I started
When I started, I didnât know that there were tutorials. Me and my brother learned it from scratch.
I learned everything I know from the community or by messing around.
I just got some code and played around until I knew the basics, then I found the community and learned the advanced things.
I did all three of those things. But that doesnât make me any better though lol
I think I learned pretty much just from the tutorials & guides Flowlab made + just reading everything people said on the forums later on. Even if itâs not your own question, itâs always good to remember what was discussed in all Help Requests and pocket certain ideas to help your overall understanding.
But overall I think the best way to learn is watching the tutorials and reading the handbook, then doing everything yourself. But this only works if you actually put in time, if you spend 10 minutes trying to solve a problem and then ask for help on the forums, thatâs not nearly enough time. When I had a problem Iâd literally sit for hours or onto the next couple of days figuring it out, and doing that gives you a certain understanding of how everything works + real problem solving skills that asking for help canât give you.
Yeah, the handbook is great, but can be somewhat confusing and hard to put implement, thatâs why tutorials are great
Oh, Confusing? Why?
Iâm all ears
i did the original test (just found it)

Who makes the games that are featured in the video? The art is pretty dang good.
I know Pizza made that game himself for the purpose of a new image on the Flowlab Homepage and now for this. Though Iâm unsure if he created the art himself or used assets. Probably assets just because it would be a lot of extra effort from him
@CodeAlpaca @JUSTPLAINOP Yes, the art is by another really talented artist that goes by the name of @ pixel-boy and @ AAA
The credit is given on a comment on the TikTok and Instagram post too.
Here is their itch.io: https://pixel-boy.itch.io/
They are the developers of âQuest of Graalâ, a really cool 2D party racing game and whole lot of other cool stuff, like the Asset Pack used in the video.
