Flowlab's future

Currently grazer keeps making small updates every few months. Is it going to stay like this? Is flowlab ever going to be out of beta?

I just don’t understand. Are there even any goals or plans for the future?

Videogames take 5 years or longer to make with a team, while grazer does this by himself in his free time. AM2R a Metroid fan game took 10 years to make. SRB2 a Sonic fan game is still being worked on for 20 years.

Keep in mind grazer is one person and he keeps it in beta because there are bugs. Only Bungie and Bethesda release projects with bugs as features.

So nothing will happen, nice.

So, that’s three per month - not including updates to the website and various game and build servers. Unfortunately, they probably won’t be coming any faster than that in the near future, but the good news is that an update every couple of weeks isn’t all that bad.

FWIW, the next feature to show up is most likely going to be team editing, which won’t be a big editor change either.
