Interesting. Is it an automatic fullscreen, or is it toggled by the player?
You can only find this bug when you turn on the full screen then let the player die for a random reason. And the most annoying thing about this is it only appears when I select Expand in Full Screen Behavior, the best one I usually use in my game.
