Can someone help me with new ideas for this game. I know it is a copy of flappy bird but any ideas will help

Turn it into “crappy bird”
Basically every time you click you poop. And you have to poop on everything that moves else you lose
Don’t ask me how/why I came up with this. You can get VERY stupid ideas when bored.
