I think I really only make references and games for @grazer and @TinkerSmith and (now maybe @TGW) to get a chuckle out of. They’re like my target demographic. If they get my “jokes” then I’m happy (though Nightfall! is a real game that I’m trying to wrap up before jam).

But also the name Nightfall reminded me of this amazingly awesome 80s game (beware of the scary realistic graphics!):

Pitfall! was basically 8-bit Indiana Jones / Tomb Raider side scrolling awesomeness.
