how do i make clouds look transparent?

There should be a square on the bottom left corner that shows what color you currently have. Click on it, and there should be an alpha slider in there that can change the transparencies of the color selected.
Or you can go into the behaviors and use the alpha behavior to make it transparent as well, but I recommend the first one.
