Try changing the collision shape of the panda

Is it affected by gravity?
Also it might be because of the collision shapes of either the panda or the sprite he’s floating above.

Along the with other 2 responses, it is because of the collision shape of the panda, it is set to circle, but when set to rectangle, it sits normally
