How do I use a controller for exported games?

I’ve been wondering about this for a while, and I thought I saw something like this for one of @PixelPizza 's games. https://flowlab.io/game/play/874936 I’d like to know if there’s an app i can use that could change my keyboard and mouse inputs into controller buttons for either dualshock 3 or an xbox one s controller.

A program called Joy2Key changes controller inputs into keyboard inputs.
