How do you make cars turn without sliding

Like a top-down based game?
I’m not entirely sure how to exactly fix something like that since the example I made has the car having to slowly come to a stop when the W key isn’t pressed.

You could have it similar to that so when none of the forward or backward trigger keys aren’t being pressed them the movement is set to zero.
