You can draw anything in flowlab, it just needs to be pixel art. I don’t know much about anime, but try searching or tracing some reference images for practice.

The only thing I can suggest is just practice drawing anime characters, then learn how to make a similar outline but pixel art. Or look up examples to get a reference.
I can’t draw anime characters, much less do them in pixel art, but I’m sure if you practice a few times you can do it.
