Teams are an indie only benefit, and it looks like you don’t have the subscription. Although, if I remember correctly free users can be invited to teams. So if you have a friend, or know someone with indie they can invite you to a team. Once invited you can find the option to join under “my games”
If you plan to buy indie, you can create your own. To do this you would have to go to “Profile” then “Teams”, it’s pretty straightforward from there. Good luck
