How to make a temporary Speed Boost

I want to add an item when you touch it it’ll give you more speed for a few seconds. I know how to make an item speed you up, but I don’t know how to make it stop.

Use a toggle switch and timer, the toggle switch to change from, say, 5 speed to 7 speed, and the timer to toggle it back.

Sorry I’m not on a computer right now, but I’m sure someone here can help you. It’s also the same thing as making a sprint button, if you’ve made that before.

Yeah I did, I named it speed block. It’s a purple block. I’m just trying to use a block for now until it works. Then I’ll customize it.
