How to make an object looks shiny

I have an object for a background and I need it to make it look shiny, I drew it to make it look shiny, but I can’t find any color for it. Do anyone have a code for it?

What color is the sprite?

White, it’s for my remake game.

There’s nothing lighter than white, I’d suggest making the sprite a tad bit darker and then using the OG white color.
