How do I make a cutscene. As I try my method it did not work.

Normally for cut scenes, I have a black border come down on the top and bottom to give it a cinematic look. What you have is fine, I would just lower the black a bit, it takes up a lot of space.

need some help in cutscene. i follow a cutscene tutorial but umm i don’t know whats wrong with it
one of the sound behaviors is empty. Besides that, it seems fine, I would need to look at it in-game. Is the animation set to stay on the last frame?
