How to make it so when the throwable (water) touches the flamethrower it stops emitting the fire and it plays the frozen animation

You can use a proximity, to search for the flame. When it misses, you can play the frozen animation.

i dont understand i want it do play the animation when I hit it I just do not know how to make it stop shooting
