So you need to turn off the full screen option on itch and make your own full screen button inside your game with flowlab. I suggest either use the toggle input of the full screen behavior with the F key on the keyboard behavior. Or you can make a button in the UI layer that you click on that also toggles full screen.

Ok so I didn’t try it without the itch.io full screen button being on, I’ll try that
