I made a game about typing the tricks you want to do on a skateboard!

I made this game because I’ve never made a typing game before and wanted to test out the mechanics.

I need to polish the game some more, but I want to know if you guys like it and should continue it :grinning:

I’ve noticed you guys only have 10 points on the score is it because you don’t have a keyboard and mouse?

It’s a pretty cool game, but I would like to point out a few things:

  • The points don’t add up, it only gives you how much the moves give you

  • Sometimes when the type bar automatically resets, it still contains the word you typed out, so it automatically comes back unless you backspace it

  • Clicking “Enter” feels largely unnecessary, as you can literally just type the command and it’ll already go through

I’m working on trying to make the words that you spell reset so you can’t bug it. also, ill look into the scoring. Thanks for he feedback

I’m confused on the leaderboard; it works just fine. The longer words to spell give you more points and they add up. it works on my pc

This kept me up at night because this probably makes me look like a moron:
first sorry.
the context of what I said up there was theres another game that is really simmilar to this, that got shown not too long ago.
I meant to say “Yeah I got a mouse and keyboard”. I wasn’t really thinkign when I said just “Yeah”
I didn’t know you have to type out tricks for the game to work.
